A request has been received from Yeda Major Mackenzie Inc. to amend the Zoning By-law, for lands described as Part of Lot 46, Concession 1, W.Y.S. and municipally known as 58 Major Mackenzie Drive West. The application seeks to permit a five storey residential building comprised of 33 dwelling units with a FSI of 1.64 and 64 parking spaces.

The purpose of this notice is to advise the public that a “complete” development application has been received by the City of Richmond Hill pursuant to the Planning Act. The application has been circulated to City departments and external agencies for review and comment. A Council Public Meeting will be scheduled and held at a later date, with formal notice being provided pursuant to the statutory requirements of the Planning Act.
