Today we gathered to celebrate Hanukkah with JYN – Jewish Youth Network Rabbi Warmflash at Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts (RHCPA)
It was an honour to share the joy of this Festival of Lights with our community and my Council colleagues.
